Ear Infection

blah....that is what i think of ear infections.....but i am glad it was that trivial thus far. went to see dr. sawyer yesterday, after running fever for a day, and that was the verdict. something told me it would be since about two weeks ago he was stuffy for a few days....now the rest of it has just decided to kick in. red throat and all....but nothing a little ammoxicillin cant clear up im sure. he is also gaining well as usual--17lbs 10oz...wow!!!! big little boy i have. so much so that our new FAVORITE toy is a jumperoo!!! i found it at noah's ark (i hate buying toys they are sooo expensive for the short time used) and it was a cute little rainforest edition by Fisher Price--$45 and looks really good!!! i was so proud!!! and he REALLY goes to town in that thing!!! he is such a mover and a shaker anyway....hmmmm wonder what the weight limit is....
Kaelynn practically tried to give him whiplash today by pushing the seat on it in really quick....man if he can survive his older (smaller) sister this boy can get through anything!! she already poked both of her fingers in his eyes (mind you she got both of them on two seperate days) which now means we have lovely green drainage we are treating with gentamycin drops.....ugh.....but to her defense she was just trying to show me his eyes.....i mean come on mom he's only 5 months old, i didnt think you had seen his eyes yet...let me point to them..i mean poke at them for you!!!! GEEZ!!!!! oh well, he's doing good considering i know he does not feel well...although brian has already called tonight with the typical "he wont eat" business....sometimes (well alot of the time) i just wish i didnt HAVE to work!!!!!!!!!
