7 months has gone by so quick

how is it that time flies faster and faster these days? its like i blink and a week has gone by. kaelynn is becomming quite the little talker....more and more words are going together which only means she is getting older and older.... the other day we were eating a Bonsai Garden and when we got out of the car to go in she saw the dresses in the window at Korona's ....she started in with "me cute, me cute, me cute!!" and was practically screaming it across the parking lot!!!! finally after our mini meltdown we were able to go in only with a promise to visit the store after eating....sure enough as soon as we walked out...since both parking lots were like totally empty....she saw those dresses again and off she goes. Brian looked at me "do i seriously have to take her in there?" i told him "dont you dare!!! just let her look at the window, i dont want to have to pay for some $300 dress she somehow manages to destroy!!!" so over to the window they went...she still wanted to go in and even tried to pull on the door when he told her they were closed, but alas she finally gave up. man i knew having a girl would be expensive, i just didnt think the lure of tafta and beads would turn heads at 2!!! oh how i was wrong!!

so its like 2:30am right now and i remember 7months ago i was anxiously awaiting going to the hospital for my induction. i had been praying prior to that day that i would go into labor on my own...that has always been a dream of mine since i have had to be induced with both of the kids cause of GDM. only this time, unlike with kaelynn, at about 1:30 am i started having contractions. i would have TOTALLY hopped in the car and gone in, except the stupid things wouldnt get regular!! ugh....oh well i know i would have had Lane that day anyway since they were starting and my water broke before dr wilson got there to break it anyway. but just a little of pit and at 10:58am (with a very bruised face, from an obviously fast delivery) he was here!!! all 8lbs 14oz!!! woof...and might i add only 3 or 4 pushes!!! =) now he is over 19lbs!! all breastfed and a total chunk!! and i love every inch of him!! he is trying sooo very hard to crawl and loves to laugh...these are some of the best moments ever!! poor kaelynn tries to hold him but that is pretty much gone now, since he is so huge he practically squashes her!! they are adorable together!! Thank you Lord for a wonderful 7months and my beautiful family!! Im soooo very blessed!!!
